Q: Why rent a home and not stay at a hotel?
A: Staying at any Disney Resort, or other surrounding hotel, can be very expensive. Staying on site, you may not be able to have more than 4 people in a room. Many times the pool closes at 10 P.M., and you might not even be back from the parks by then. For less than the price of one hotel room you can have the use of one of our luxury homes with private pool and spa. Our homes are equipped to make your vacation unforgettable. For less than the cost of a hotel, you will have your own home, complete with bedrooms, swimming pool and spa, kitchen, and laundry room. You will also get many extras such as High Speed Internet with music channels, Digital Cable TV, DVD / VCR player, Play Station or Game Cube, and a game room complete with a Pool table and Electronic Dart Game.

Q: What is the maximum number of people allowed in a rental home?
A:
Our 4 bedroom home will sleep 8 people, plus a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate 2 more, or 10 total guests. Our 5 bedroom home will sleep 10 people, plus a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate 2 more, or 12 total guests. Each home has a portable crib that will sleep an additional infant.

Q: Are smoking or pets allowed?
A:
We would prefer that you didn’t smoke at all. But if you must smoke, smoking is only allowed outside or by the pool area. Our homes are fitted with smoke detectors and these are linked to a monitoring company. No pets are allowed due to our guests' pet allergies.

Q: How far away are the main attractions?
A:
One of the main reasons our homes are so desirable is their close proximity to WDW and the other theme parks and attractions. Our homes are only 5 minutes from Walt Disney World, 10 minutes from Sea World and 15 minutes from Universal Studios. So close you can even come “home” during the busiest part of the day to relax, and go back later in the afternoon when the rest of the theme park guests are leaving for the day!

Q: What do we need to bring with us?
A:
Our homes are furnished to make them a home away from home. All bedding, pillows and towels are provided. We have a washing machine and dryer for your use so there is no need to take dirty clothes home. We also have an iron and ironing board at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes and silverware PLUS there is a supermarket nearby for all your grocery needs. All you need to bring are your personal toiletries.

Q: Do you have any facilities for small children?
A:
We provide, at NO extra cost, a portable crib, a highchair, and a stroller. A pool safety net has
been installed around the pool to prevent young children from venturing out to the pool area unsupervised.

Q: How do we locate the property?
A:
Our homes are located on the same quiet, safe street in Indian Creek Subdivision. Indian Creek is VERY easy to find as it is located right on Formosa Gardens Boulevard just south of Highway 192. We will send you the address and specific driving and check-in directions as soon as your dates are confirmed and the rental is paid in full.

Q: Is a maid service included?
A:
The homes are rented on a self catering basis. The homes are cleaned before your arrival and
again on your departure. For your convenience, the homes are equipped with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, mop, brushes etc. If you would like a clean during your stay, this can be arranged at an additional cost.

Q: What entertainment is provided at the homes?
A:
We provide a selection of books, toys, games, Play Station or Game Cube and videos for children of all ages. For young and old, there is a fully equipped game room with an electronic dart board. There are Cable TVs with VCRs in each bedroom, and a DVD player in the living area.

Q: Is the Pool / Spa heated?
A:
Yes, if you request it. The pool and spa can be heated by prior arrangement for $25.00 per day. We would recommend purchasing pool heat from October through May. The maximum temperature allowed under Florida law for heated pools is 86°. During the summer months, when you do not need to heat the pool, you may wish to purchase Spa Only heat for $15.00 per day. If you did not request pool heat at the time of booking and decide on arrival that you want it, please contact our management company as soon as possible. You will then be charged the daily rate.

Q: Are there stores and restaurants near by?
A:
Yes, within one mile of our subdivision, there is a shopping area with everything you could possibly need. There is an Outback Steakhouse, Carraba’s Italian Steakhouse, Giordano’s Pizza, Dairy Queen and a Red Lobster. There is a large grocery store with a deli and a video store. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away and Florida Mall is 20 minutes. These malls house many designer label stores such as Nike, Reebok, Nine West, Timberland, and Adidas at bargain prices.

Q: What about a Clinic or Hospital?
A:
There is an emergency walk-in clinic which can handle most problems, located next to the grocery store. There is a Walgreen’s across the street. The hospital, with a 24 hour emergency room, is east on 192 just past Route 4 at mile marker #9.

Q: What if we have a problem with the home while we are there?
A:
We have a management company (a husband and wife team) who live right in Indian Creek, just blocks away. They operate a 24/7 service to sort out any problems that may arise. Their contact numbers are sent along with your check-in information and directions. We work closely with our them to make sure that your vacation is everything you hoped for!

Q: Do I need a rental car?
A:
To get the most out of your trip, a car is definitely recommended. It is very easy to drive in Florida and the roads are well marked. Remember to rent a car large enough to hold you and all your luggage!

Q: Do I need travel insurance?
A:
I would suggest it! We strongly advise you get full travel / medical / cancellation insurance.

Q: Do the homes have phones?
A:
Both homes have phones. Local calls are free. To make long distance and / or international calls, you will need to purchase a phone card, or use your cell phone.

Q: How do we book our dates?
A:
A $300.00 deposit (per week) will hold your desired dates. The balance will be due 30 days before your stay. When you contact us asking to book your dates, you will be sent a Booking and Conditions Forms, which you fill out and return to us at your earliest convenience.
